Crashes a lot

I use the app to play General Conference and the scriptures.
After every talk or chapter, it stops playing despite auto advance being on.

When I then go to manually swipe to the next chapter or talk, the app closes.

iPhone 6, 9.3.1Has happened since iOS 8.
