I hate the update

My wonderful usable gospel app has become awkward and ungainly. I am being driven back to paper. I do not like anything I have seen in it so far. When I update a bookmark to my current reading position it does not open to that location, when I click on a reference link it no longer takes me to the actual scriptures so I can read the context if I so desire, and the split screen or does bring up is awkward at best on my mini tablet. I hate to think what it would be like on a phone!
